Solid silver chalice and monstrance set plus luna for the monstrance. Both the chalice and the monstrance are hallmarked as per photo. The pentogram mark indicates silver of a minimum 915 purity. The other marks indicate that it is the product of Dionisio García Gómez in the first half of the 20th century who was the royal Silversmith to King Alfonso XIII of Spain. This is a special pair and a personal favourite.
Full details follow – Chalice is 28 cm high, 15 cm diamiter across the base, the cup has an 8 cm diamiter and is 9 cm deep. The monstrance is 68 cm high, 27 cm across the rays and 17 cm acros the base. It is ready for use with luna. Stunning – both the chalice and the monstrance bear the marks Dionisio García Gómez in the first half of the 20th century who was the royal Silversmith to King Alfonso XIII of Spain.
